Returns & Exchanges

It’s okay to change your mind! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policy below.

General Conditions

We accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, provided items are in unused, unworn, undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or a printed copy of the receipt/invoice. Items must be deemed sellable by Diplomat’s store associates or warehouse employees, and all returns are subject to validation and approval at Diplomat’s discretion.

Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items to our main warehouse. Should you wish to return only a particular item included in an order, you do not need to return the entire order.

Shipping Instructions for Returns

To return an item, please ship it to our main warehouse. Include a copy of your receipt or invoice for reference. Customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for returns.

Additional Information

  • Timeframe: We do not accept returns made after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Condition: Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, worn, or not in their original packaging.
  • Offers: Returns of any portion of a purchase will result in the forfeiture of an offer or a deduction equivalent to the value of the offer.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: In the case of incorrect items shipped or damage during shipment, please contact our Customer Service team at diplomat.luggage1971@gmail.com.

Refunds with the original receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes and after discounts for deliveries within Canada, unless otherwise noted. Orders under $100 have a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping.

At online checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose your desired shipping method. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will automatically apply to your order, with the order total adjusting as you update your shipping preferences.

Shipping Rates & Restrictions

  • Orders ship only on business days: Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  • All orders are shipped through Canada Post.
  • Gift cards are not shipped and can only be redeemed in-store.
  • Shipping promotions are valid only for Canadian addresses.
  • We currently do not ship to multiple addresses.
  • Shipping estimates do not include processing times, which are 1-2 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time
Due to high volumes at Canada Post, delivery times may be delayed, and tracking information updates may take longer.

  • Standard shipping: 4-7 business days with Canada Post, excluding processing time, which may add an extra 1-2 business days.
  • You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email once your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your inbox.
  • Once your order has shipped, we’ll send an email confirmation with a tracking number.
