It's okay to change your mind!

We offer free returns which means your shipping fees are covered by us.

If the return falls outside of this time period, or if the item is damaged, worn, or not in its original packaging, We cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Should you wish to return only a particular item included in an order, you do not have to return the entire order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund and exchange information below.

Simply return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase pick up/delivery to any of our stores or ship back to our warehouse. We do not accept returns made after the 30 days

All return requests must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase or printed copy of the receipt/invoice; in unused, unworn and undamaged condition with all original tags attached, in addition to original packaging. It must be deemed sellable by Diplomat's store associates and/or Diplomat's warehouse employees. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Diplomat's discretion.

Returns of any portion of the purchase will require equal forfeiture of offer or amount equal to offer.

Refunds with the receipt are based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

We offers free shipping on orders of $75 and over before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise noted. Orders under $75 have a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping.

At online checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipment(s). Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will be automatically applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

• Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

• All orders are shipped through Canada Post.

• We do not ship gift cards; they can only be redeemed in store.

• Shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to Canadian addresses.

• We are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses.

• Shipping estimates do not include processing times (between 1 to 2 business days).

Due to a large increase in shipping volume at Canada Post, we are experiencing delays in delivery time and how soon tracking information is updated.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping with Canada Post is 4 - 7 business days. Please note that processing times may extend shipping time to an extra 1 to 2 business days.
